Temper's new site opens this November...

Temper, restaurant and wine bars in Central London are opening this November at 25 Broadwick Street, Soho. 

Temper is a new South American inspired barbecue restaurant in Soho created by Neil Rankin, former Pitt Cue and Smokehouse Chef and Sam Lee, who has 15 years in senior management of leisure businesses in the UK and Asia markets.

The first site in Broadwick Street Soho launches with open pit cooking and a focus on precision cooking (or the tempering) of meat to get the best flavour and texture out of every cut. With an on site butchery, a taco bar, counter dining bar and a PDR, its wine and drinks will also rival the quality and range of meat and seasonal produce on offer.
