Vagabond opens in Canary Wharf

Vagabond has opened its 7th site in the heart of Canary Wharf. The wine bar, merchant and kitchen has 120+ wines by the glass for guests to choose from.

Famed for their interactive drinks experience, the new site is located in the heart of Canary Wharf on Cabot Square and this time it also showcases London’s first self-pour beer dispenser. You can choose from up to 10 craft beers, which includes London brewed ‘Boxcar’ beer.

Vagabond first opened their doors in Fulham in 2010, with the aim to make wine more accessible to everyone. By allowing guests to self-pour via wine dispensers, guests can try wine before committing to a full glass. All wines come with their own tasting notes that can be taken away, allowing guests to gain a real understanding of the type of grape, balance between sweet and dry, plus recommended pairing suggestions. Guests come for the wine and enriching experience.

All you have to do is pick up your Vagabond Wine card — your discovery card to wine - and sample wines from across the globe. You can also choose from a selection of seasonal small plates, that celebrate local suppliers with cheese boards and charcuterie.

With wines to suit all budgets, the Canary Wharf site also boasts a vintage bottle from 1802… that sits comfortably alongside some of their own wines from the Vagabond urban winery based at Battersea Power Station.

Make sure you pay the team at visit at Vagabond, 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4AQ.
