London: a city of villages
London: a city of villages
For over a decade we have been exploring London, seeking new and interesting sites. During this time we have found out a lot about the city, its boroughs and the demography that defines such a vibrant world capital. The energy, diversity and success of London within the world economy can be attributed, in part, to that fact that London remains, quite simply a collection of villages. 57 to be precise. And it is this ever changing diversity and the evolution of each 'village' that contributes to the economic success as a 'collective.'
Let's just start with the B's shall we... Bankside, Barnes, Battersea, Bayswater, Belgravia, Bermondsey, Bloomsbury, Brixton. We have produced a report detailing the different sites and characteristics of the city. It's what helps us to plan new ventures and anticipate future sources of business growth.
