We are delighted to announce that the Imbiba EIS Fund 3 has in fact been oversubscribed and has successfully raised its maximum investment of £6 million and closed.

During May, we sent a team to downtown New York in search of new inspiration for our UK businesses.

For over a decade we have been exploring London, seeking new and interesting sites. During this time we have found out a lot about the city, its boroughs and the demography that defines such a vibrant world capital. 

We are delighted to announce that Darwin & Wallace Ltd, one of the investee companies of the current Imbiba EIS Fund 3, has taken home the prestigious Best Designed Pub of 2014 at the Casual Dining Awards for the brand's first site at No.11 Pimlico Road.
